Chef Longo is no newcomer to Northeast Ohio dining.
A graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, Mike has spent years helping shape Cleveland’s restaurant landscape. His career stretches back to the early transformation of Cleveland’s Warehouse District, where standout restaurants helped redefine what dining in the city could be.

Over the years, Chef Longo has helped build and lead respected restaurant concepts including Piccolo Mondo, Market Square Bistro, and Harvest Kitchen & Lounge.
That kind of experience brings more than technical skill. It brings perspective.
